Get the VIN number and run a vincheck and CARFAX .....and since you'll have the VIN # .....see if the local Porsche dealer will run a maintenance history for you, as they should have a full history of anything done at a Porsche dealer.
Make sure all the recalls have been taken care of. The timing belt on the V8's has been a 100,000 mile repair job as the belt loosened up and the valves shut down.

Need opinions please.
Hi everyone. I have been looking for another DD so I could park my truck. I commute about 80 miles a day. They are all highway miles. While looking I came across this 2006 Cayenne S. I don't have any idea about service records yet. I was just wondering what everybody thought. Would you steer clear of this Cayenne or do you think I should go ahead and look into it a little further? Any and all advise would be welcomed. Thanks in advance.
