Unfortunately fat doesn't burn off certain areas based on what exercise you do. It burns off pretty evenly from head to toe so the best thing you can do is cardio. Also, as you get older eating becomes even more crucial. Drinking alcohol is just a bunch of carbs, your body burns the alcohol instead of fat and stores excess as fat. Where the fat is stored depends on a lot of different things, but age and gender are a factor. 5 minute exercises aren't going to give you any cardio, it's not long enough, and if you want to see your abs you are going to need to be pretty lean. If you are just looking for ab exercises then bicycles are good, leg raises, and my personal favorite is: lay on your back, point your hands and feet straight up like you are going to touch your toes and keep your shoulders and butt off the ground. Now slowly move your feet back and forth, just about 6 inches or so, while keeping your shoulders and butt from touching the ground. This will destroy your abs in less than 60 seconds. Go for as long as you can, take a rest, and do it again. Maybe 3 times in 5 minutes. Enjoy!
