Hi everyone,
My husband bought a 2017 Porsche Cayenne from a dealership 6 months ago with about 23,000 miles on it. When they sold it to us they told us it had received the 30,000 mile service. My husband doesn't drive it much and has put about 3,000 miles on it in 6 months. This week it was due for the 6 month oil change. At the dealership they quoted $500 for an oil change. Fine - we knew it was going to be expensive. But then get this! They said he now needed to pay for the 40,000 mile service and get that service done. What? It had the 30,000 service done 6 months ago and only has 26,000 miles on it but it is due for the 40,000 mile service after six months?
We are so upset about this that we are thinking about trading it in for a BMW x5.
Does anyone have any advice or comment on this?
