Dash rattles - driver's side speaker plate and dash piece near windshield

Does anyone know how to remove the driver's side dash speaker cover (on the left) and the piece directly to the right of it and behind the windshield. There's a very horrible hair pulling rattle coming from both of those and if I don't fix it I might go crazy. I was able to do a temporary fix of wedging some foam stripping up near the windshield and wedging a thin piece of cardboard between the speaker cover and dash piece, but it look horrible and it's so embarrassing. This is too nice of a car to be doing stuff like that.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
