I have a 958 2016 3.0tfsi E-hybrid that i love !
I've have a problem with the first switch from Electric drive to Gas engine .
I drive everyday from my home on the freeway at approx. 110km/h . When i first bought the car i noticed after about 20km's the car knows the battery is almost emtpy so the car starts the engine while driving at 110km/h at about 1200rpm to warm it up and after about 2mins the rpms then go up to the required range and the clutch is engaged to switch over from electric to gas-engine. You didnt feel a thing, very smooth change.
Now whats changed ……
The revs go straight up to 2000rpm and the car switches straight over to gas-engine without warming up !
The car hunts and stumbles realy rough for 1 or 2 minutes then finds its settings and drives fine on gas again , but only if i'm really soft with the gas pedal . If i try to accelerate in the first minute of the switch then i get the engine-light and a code 005C2B ECU: Engine/DME (internal GR92).
I was sure it was a lambdasensor that wasnt working correctly so i changed all 4 at the manifolds but still the same problem.
Anyone here had the same problem and solved it or just good advice ?
Thanks !
