2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4S Spy Photos

After the reveal of the new 911 at the Frankfurt Motor Show last year Porsche has been busy prepping the rest of the range, with these recent spy photos showing the soon-to-be-announced 911 Carrera 4S.

Based on the new longer 991 platform that’s roughly 2-inches longer with a wheelbase that is roughly 3-inches longer,both the 4 and 4S models will get the wider wheelbase of the 911 Turbo to deliver all-wheel drive performance and much improved grip.

While it’s hard to tell the differences from the other end of a lens, it appears as though the 4S models will continue to have a reflective strip between the taillights – though it’s covered on this test car

Look for the 4S to boast 400 hp from a 3.8-liter flat six while the Carrera 4 will get a 350 hp 3.4-liter flat-four. Expect a debut at the Paris Motor Show this fall.
