Hi there, I’ve had my car since last June (was a pre-owned 3-year lease vehicle). We have the 240V charging system mounted in the garage and it’s worked every day since, until 2 days ago. Now red lights stay on at charging connection on car rather than showing a green light that it’s charging/charged. Any suggestions. We’ve had no power outages and all works fine in garage.

I've only had my 2019 eHYbrid for a month now so I can't really talk about this - The set-up is different than my old 2016. I am using my old EVSE from the 2016 which may or may not make a difference. THe EVSE that came with the new one only came with a 120v plug. When I plug in the two lights show red. After a while - don't know how long they GO out and then when I head to work they flash green. I would recommend heading over to the Rennlist Cayenne 9YO forum. Seem to be more activity - sorry dellenberger.

Oddly enough, the situation resolved itself when my husband unplugged the charging system and plugged it back in. Not exactly magic, but I’m happy it worked.
