911 GT3 RS destroyed in accident - Toronto, Ontario

not much information on what happened, i recently found this picture of a Porsche 911 GT3 RS that looks like it hit the guardrail on a highway. Seems like this was in Toronto, Ontario judging from the "TOR" on the side of the flatbed tow truck.

did anyone in Toronto happen to see this or know more about what happened?
