Cayenne V6 Engine? problem

I have a 2005 Cayenne V6, 52,000 miles. The car had been used during the day with no problems, On starting to put the car in the garage the misses swears she heard a bang, didn't hear it from the inside myself but the car did start to shake a little and the exhaust was making a fluttering noise on revving the engine a little the exhaust note changes to a rorty sound rougher than it might normally only seems to come out of the drivers side pipe, no warning lights have come on at all. There seems to be a ticking noise from the engine bay. Not messed about with it or moved it and only started it once since, sound remains. Has anyone got any ideas ?

Thanks Carl

Check the exhaust. That bang could've been from an exhaust pipe cracking or breaking off. It might not visually look like it but you can usually tell from the sound if theres an exhaust leak.
Dude you must check the exhaust its necessary that problem is occurred in the exhaust if you change the exhaust than i sure problem will be solved...
