Hi All,
I'm new on this great Cayenne forum. I bought my 1st Porsche Cayenne. It's a 2005 Turbo. I wanted something to drive in the summer different from my H2..Foolish me I thought I'd be saving gas!
Heres my problem, I have a clunk in the right front strut.I know the ball joint is bad but the strut (air) is also loose. The air ride system is fine but can just the bushings be changed on the strut? I'm confused why I need the complete strut when just the bushings are worn? They are not cheap, I see them from $500 to $900.00..Any help would be great. Thanks!

If it needs struts (foolish to change out one as they both have the same mileage) then change the struts. Likewise with anything that is faulty. ESPECIALLY when it comes to suspension parts that keep you on the road and help you stop more quickly.
