late reply here but since Japan is still going through the rebuilding process i have a good feeling most Porsche plants in Japan if any are going through a shortage or stopped production for the time being.
What could set them back is if traces of radiation are found in the Porsche vehicles or Porsche parts, and at that point what ever has traces of radiation is as good as garbage.
