Odds are the fastest way to get one would be to configure your own and spec it with the manual. I configured my 2013 CD in May of 2012. Had to wait for the assembly line to switch over to the new model year. It was one of the first 2013s built (July 27th) and was ready for pickup at the Nashville dealer on August 20th.
Might want to research how it affects resale/trade-in value though. There's surely a reason all the other models have the new programmable 8-speed Aisin/BW automatic.
Love the manual transmission. Just picked up a 2014 two days ago. Finance guy from my dealership in canada told me that the manuals hold their value better due to rarity and tendency for people who love to drive to seek them out.
