Most Common Porsche Cayenne Problems? 05-06-07 S GTS TURBO ???

I owned a V6 Cayenne and sold it after using only a month just because it was soo slow and wouldn't accelerate.

Now I am on market for a faster Cayenne. I drove the S but didn't really like it although it had bigger engine. It kind of pauses for a second before drinks the gas and takes off...

I found a 05 Turbo with 55K miles on it. I want buy it.... However I was wondering the common issues. I heard that lot of people change coolant pipes from plastic to steel... what else? any problems you are aware of or might cause me headache in the future. Should I buy extended warranty? For oil change do you go to dealer and pay fortune or go to the corner mechanic shop?

Which year S did you drive? I have never felt a lag in my S, especially in Sport mode!

I don't own a S but i can vouch for that from other people's experience and being in one. Never felt that lag at all.
