when i select floor for blower setting no air comes out. i can hear the air blowing though. i have been noticing that there's been strange noises like clicking sounds. does anyone have an idea of what the problem may be?

It's possible that the vent which controls where the air goes is not opening hence the clicking sounds. It might be stuck due to some dirt or something might be loose. Its not something that you can fix easily without bringing it in to the dealership.
