With a 50 HP increase than the regular Porsche GT3 RS model, im guessing the GT3 RS 4.0 isn't much faster in a straight line, but i hope it is faster in the turns. 50-hp increase alone isn't good enough, the suspension needs to be beefed up and the car needs to be lighter.

This may, or may not be, the first photo of Porsche's upcoming hardest-core GT3 model, the GT3 RS 4.0.
As the name suggests the car is powered by a larger displacement version of the flat-six engine making as much as 500-hp by some reports. That's 50-hp more than the 'regular' GT3 RS model.
The photo comes via the TeamSpeed forum, which has been a reliable source of info for vehicles like the GT2 RS, although more recent 'leaked documents' on this new car have been less than credible.
Porsche has been entirely silent on the matter – as expected.
