Rear Window Problem-one touch operation

New to the forum and just purchased my first Porsche. It's 2012 Cayenne Turbo. Just had the vehicle at dealership for recall fix of hood and now can't get the rear windows to function with the one touch operation. I tried the manual directions for reprogramming after battery disconnect but those directions don't account/describe if you have the rear door window shades. Any suggestions or anyone have similar problems? Should I disconnect the battery and start again?

PS: The dealer claims they didn't disconnect the battery so could it be underlying electrical problem.
