I'm about to purchase new wheels and tires for my 2010 Cayenne S. One set I'm considering comes with 275/45R20s, but the manual only shows 275/40R20 size as approved by Porsche. Has anyone used the larger tires, and, if so, how was the ride and handling?

I wouldn't recommend it. Model year's 2011-present have used the larger 275/45R20 size, but the difference in diameter between that and your 2010 Cayenne size is exactly 1", which is a pretty decent amount
