Thanks. On 2. I know the AC def works inside the car, or we are talking about the AC for the battery?
The same AC compressor both cools the cabin and the HV battery. It'll still work when the shutter gets stuck closed, but since airflow to the condenser is reduced, it'll eventually get too hot and shut off the compressor, usually when the car is not moving
 
I think it's probably the HV cables, most likely from water intrusion. The codes you have indicates high internal resistance on the battery terminals. The fact that battery still works means the HV battery is fine, but the corrosion is affecting the cables hence the module is shutting down the wall charging capabilities. I wouldn't recommend DIY on high voltage components without proper training. So take a it a independent shop. I'm guessing it won't be cheap to replace the cables but at least it's not catastrophic like a HV battery replacement.
