Brake Bleeding

Hello, I'm quite new to this.
I have a 958.2 cayenne 2015 and was doing some brake maintenance cleaning rotors and re greasing, i had changed my brake pads and sensors and went to try to remove rear rotor but struggled so i left it,after reassembling my brake pedal started to touch the floor and struggles to stop. Went to local garage to see if they could pressure bleed the brakes using a pressure bleeder, but they were struggling as they were using a diagnostic tool to put car in service mode and had tried to activate abs pump but no fluid is coming out of rear driver side calliper, the bleed screw had been removed but still no fluid is coming out of line or calliper.
Could the master cylinder seals be damaged? Or would I need to use a piwis diagnostic to investigate further.
Would changing the brake rotors and handbrake shoes along with a resetting electric handbrake make a difference as the brake lights stay on the car constantly? Or might there be a blockage in main brake line?

Please any help would be really appreciated.
